Removed Shadow proxy for material 4 to prevent crashes on low end systems

-Changed the models to use a single VMT per set instead of three

-Changed the detail blend to a new custom texture instead of the one for plaster walls

-Changed the physics of the jigglebones for tail and back slightly

-Added c_arms

-Added four additional skins to choose from

-File size reduced to one half original size
