This mod adds the gambler to the starting town of Act1 - Estherian Enclave & immediately in Act2 - Zeryphesh. Since he unlocks through a quest there will eventually be 2 of him in the area. I suggest imagining he has a secret shortcut from his two locations which he's running back an forth from.

It's been a pet peeve of mine that he's not accessible from the get-go, since he was by far my favorite part of TL1.

Time to lose COPIOUS amounts of gold!
