- Non-eating pawns should no longer attend gatherings, thanks to yet another location where Ludeon fail to check if the pawn can eat before checking information in the food need they don't have causing an error.
- Finalised TraitsOverTime comp.

Removed Drones tab, and put every mod that was going to use it on an undetermined hiatus. Outpost 21 mods affected by this:

- Star Gothic (previously Rimhammer 40k)

- Half-Life
- Stargate
- Xenos Not Included

- Added option to disable the moon cycle. Bug reports with any mods that happen to use it freaking out because you disabled it will result in an instant ban on the Discord.

- Artificial Pawns now have needs disabled properly that are set to be disabled.
- Artificial Pawns with no food need are currently set to not be able to meditate, you can thank Ludeon yet again not checking if they need food before checking if they're starving for this one.

- Removed unused files.
- Fixed "None" food option in vanilla actually working properly for pawns that Ludeon made possible as an option but failed to actually account for.
- Added IsPrisoner to the conditions for energy drain being slowly raised instead of lowered. This is likely a temporary solution and may be changed to a per race option later once alternatives are put in place.
- Finished PlaceNearThing Placeworker, at least for now.
- NQH (Not Quite Humanoids) renamed to Drones.
- Drones progress, only integration into caravans remains.
- Recall equipment comp, allowing equipment to teleport pawns.
- Addition of energy need stat, which allows equipment/apparel to adjust the drain on energy of a pawn.
- Began work on TraitsOverTime comp for pawns.
- Added DefModExt_ApparelOffset, which allows for fine tuning of the offsets that vanilla doesn't, specifically the z axis allowing something to be rendered at a different layer position. Useful for ensuring pauldrons render above the head of the pawn on a 40k Space Marine for example.
- Added DefModExt_OutputFromEdible, which is WIP, but will allow consumable energy sources to drop a specific item when used, such as a charged battery dropping a drained one. In future I'll enable this for normal foods too.
- Hopefully fixed Artificial fleshType pawns receiving any illnesses they shouldn't...
- Moved the Hibernation Spot from Outer Rim to this, for pawns with an energy need to shut off and very slowly recharge in a case where no energy is available at all.
