Alpha Test
1. Introduced combo system in Dragon Powers skill set. Frost Breath , Flame Breath , Dragon Roar.
2. Fixed an issue with Frost Breath granting full charge.
3. Made adjustment to mana scales of Flame Breath and Dragon Roar to better scale the total cost of the full combo.
