Generators, Cable Reels and Construction Lights can now be placed on roofs (and floors if using Simple Base).

Moved all the base parts except the roof, pillar and step ladder to a new seperate mod, Simple Base.

Removed the ability to craft step ladders.
Increased the size of the step ladder so it no longer fits inside bags or vehicles.
Dismantling walls now returns correct materials.
