1.02 compatibility fix

Now fully compatible with BaseBuild+ and Sneaky Stashes! (You may have to wait for their incoming updates).
Massive thanks to Cleetus for identifying the problem.
It should now be compatible with all other mods, let me know if not.

New secure wall that can only be dismantled from inside.
The old wall can no longer be crafted, but I've left it in the mod, so players can replace them over time.
The step ladder can now be crafted with 4 planks and 10 nails.
The step ladder can no longer be placed, because it was sitting under the ground and may have been causing issues.
Created a new key to prevent players exploiting glitches with earlier versions of the mod.
SERVER OWNERS: Update types.xml with the new wall (ChopperWall2) and add the new key.

Fixed the draw distance issue.

Slightly raised the height of the roof to cover walls.
Made it clearer to players that the wall and floor are raidable.
Now, only a sledgehammer will destroy a wall, floor or pillar. The sledgehammer will be ruined after destroying.
