Added the commands through which Virgil and Soldiers(on parish finale) talk back, but this happens only at a particular spot in the current map.

Removed commands:
Reloading(PlayerReloading)
Ahhh(Eatpills)

Rearranged vocals:
Cough is now in Misc 1 N
Tank is now in Misc 3 N
Lock Door is now in Misc 9 NW

Removed Modified Talker as many custom campaigns were unplayable
Although there are workarounds but, you can also subscribe to any Talker addons along with this
