-issue discovered in configuration for custom entities’ voices. In Zeus, all specifically-identified characters (i.e., Kane, Seth, Zubin, Nikoomba, Greg Burdette, and Saddam Hussein) deploy initially speaking English, but revert to their preferred voices once given orders.

BLUFOR: Allies:

-composition Groups Headquarters (Stavros/Tanya) team added. This team includes both Nikos Stavros and Tanya Adams with a radioman, squad leader, and medic.

-with comparison to Soviets personnel, specific paratroopers are at this time considered unnecessary since any Allies personnel can be converted into a paratrooper with the addition of a parachute backpack.

-Grenadiers removed from Squad (standard), as during testing, Soviets Grenadiers had a tendency to prefer their GP-25 as a first-shot weapon, whereas Allies Grenadiers preferred their 5.56mm rifles.

-preview image for Spy (Disguised) updated.

-Spy (Disguised) RGO grenade replaced with RGD-5 grenade.

-Technician glasses changed to Round Spectacles (Black).


BLUFOR: Global Defense Initiative:

-incorrect preloaded smoke grenades discovered in US and European Forces Hum-vee and corrected.

-Machine Gunner (RPK), Radioman, Medic, Sapper (Antipersonnel), Technician, Vehicle Crewman, Helicopter Pilot, Crew Chief, and Pilot added.

-Paratrooper Squad Leader, Fire Team Leader, Marksman, and Sapper added.

-compositions Groups Fire Team (standard and Antitank), Squad (standard and Specialized), Headquarters, Paratroopers Fire Team, and Paratroopers Squad added.

-BTR-40 with custom crew and cargohold added. Composition Group BTR-40 Platoon added.

-Snipers icon is now the Recon symbol. All Snipers now carry M18 Red Smoke Grenades, Rangefinders, and GPS.

-Engineer cable ties removed. Engineers now carry GPS.

-Paratroopers’ primary rifle switched from AKS-74U to AKS. Uniform now features gloves. All personnel wear Smersh Vest (radio) vests, goggles, helmets with headsets, and carry additional magazines with green tracers, colored smoke grenades, additional medical supplies, and GPS. T10 Parachute switched to Steerable Parachute.

-all marker class names prefixed with “Marker_” at the class level.

-all RGO grenades replaced with RGD-5 grenades. All Soviet personnel now equipped with Russian heads, Maglite XL50 flashlights, radios, and M83 White Smoke Grenades.

-markers now prefixed with “Marker_” at the class level.

-all backpacks and weapons renamed to their default name (with the exception of the Spy (Infiltrator)’s “US Assault Pack Black)” and the M16A2 Carbine, which has been redesignated “M-4.”

-Officer patrol caps replaced with berets. Smoke grenades reduced by 1 each.

-Squad Leader M1911 magazine capacity reduced by 1. Proper loadout will now load into the unit. Squad Leader and Fire Team Leader ProTec helmet replaced by PASGT, black, w/ cateyes. Squad Leader now carries a GPS.

-Machine Gunner M60E4 replaced with M-60 and soldier now carries an M1911 sidearm with smoke grenades. M-60 magazine capacity in backpack increased from 2 to 3.

-Grenadier ammunition switched from base ARMA III to CUP-based as associated with the primary rifle/grenade launcher. Soldier now carries a backpack with offensive, smoke, and flare grenades, as well as additional colored smoke grenades.

-Rocket Soldier (M72) backpack removed, as the launcher is disposable. Soldier now carries M67 Frag and smoke grenades.

-Rocket Soldier (FIM-92) US Tactical Backpack replaced with Tactical Backpack (Black).

-Medic now carries additional color smoke grenades. Medical backpack contents adjusted on account of new ACE Medical settings. Shoulder patch updated.

-Sniper (standard and ghillie) M1911 maximum magazine capacity reduced to 4. Binoculars replaced with Rangefinder. Snipers are now equipped with GPS. Existing Snipers redesignated with suffix “(M24)” to denote weapon type in preparation for possible future Sniper additions. Icon changed to Recon.

-Engineer cable ties and SWD Goggles removed. Binoculars and GPS added.

-Technician now carries a GPS. M1911 maximum magazine capacity increased from 2 to 7.

-Spy (Suit) now wears a Police Holster and Radio. M9 maximum magazine count increased to 7. Morphine, Tourniquet, and Defusal Kit added. 2 M112 Demolition Blocks with M57 Firing Device added. Entrenching Tool removed. “Put” option is now available as a weapons option to deploy explosives.

-Spy (Infiltrator) medical loadout adjusted. Position of loadout adjusted between uniform, vest, and backpack. AN/PVS-7 Night Vision Goggles and M18A1 Claymore added. Binoculars replaced with Rangefinder. Error with M9 maximum magazine capacity addressed-capacity set at 7.

-Spy (Disguised) smoke grenades of all types reduced to 1. M9 maximum magazine capacity reduced from 7 to 5. Medical items restructured. Soviets patch adjusted and applied through an EventHandlers entry utilizing an insignia call rather than a texture call. Voice changed from British English to Russian.

-all US Military field dressings replaced with bandage (basic). All personnel carry radios, M18 Smoke (White) grenades, and MagLite XL50 flashlights.

-Nikoomba photographs added as new models and categorized under “Intelligence” subcategory.


INFOR: Tmassah Militia:

-Team Leader now carries a Fulton MX-991 red-lens flashlight.

-items appear on soldiers using EventHandlers to force them into the uniforms, making room for magazines. This resolves the issue with ammunition failing to appear in the Recruit (pistol’s) vest.

Mod:

-following showcasing of Command & Conquer: Patches, Flags, Map Markers mod, all patch quality has been vastly improved. All patches have been replicated in multiple-size versions for use on other uniforms such as CUP uniforms. Overall quality has been improved.


BLUFOR: Global Defense Initiative:

-GDI patches now include stitched variants in woodland and desert camouflage, incorporating Ranger and Commando tabs, and medical patches for infantry and the Elite Forces Unit. Subdued patch now incorporates gray field.

Light Infantry:

-syntax no longer applies patches through calling textures; now patches are applied through proper EventHandlers.


OPFOR: Republic of Iraq:
