Added one module for ambient car traffic.

Some modules improved.

Respawn vehicle module: You can set a specific respawn time for any vehicle setting a variable on them. For example:
bob setVariable ["MGICustomRespVehTime",1200];
or even:
{_x setVariable ["MGICustomRespVehTime",10] } foreach (vehicles select {_x isKindOf "B_Quadbike_01_F"});

The "blow tires" module is extended for enabling players to cut fences or even blow tank hedgehogs. Compatible with CUP, IFA3, RHS, Unsung...

Fixed little bug on respawn vehicles module for synced vehicles with custom probability of presence.

Added a little HUD (in advanced player module) for plane. See video: https://youtu.be/QJts5w9r93c
You can toggle it ON/OFF like zeroing HUD by menu or CTRL H or ALT H (at your choice). You can switch North up/head up by striking R...

Corrected some behaviors. Players can't open the inventory now in HALO jump... and also some asked features on forum.
