Added a few tips, made Infernal abilities permanent

Added a few ending conditions, made the Demon King a little less skittish but also able to gain attack power against Templar as deaths accumulate

Oops, you're not actually supposed to get a million DNA at the start :P

Fixed Resurrection, fixed a few bugs related to Sacrifice of the Shadow, changed a few text boxes

Allowed the Demon King to stop eating early if Templar forts still exist and enough HP has been restored

Added some dialogues, fixed a bug with the summoning

Implemented stamina mechanics in the Demon King fight, allow the Demon King to destroy you when fully powered, fixed a few bugs

Removed an error text box

Made the Demon King smarter and less vulnerable to Templar attacks
