*Add pop_category_precursor, pop_category_xeno_ward, pop_category_pre_sapients, pop_category_purge, pop_category_bio_trophy, pop_category_slave, pop_category_robot, pop_category_drones, pop_category_workers, pop_category_specialists, pop_category_rulers "ADD" and "MULT" upkeep modifiers.

NOTE again: untested - it may not work.
