Added Ormen Lange - Ship (Admin spawn)
Added Aquilonian Navis actuaria - Ship (Admin spawn).
Both ships have the new deep sea placement controller and sails can also be lowered and raised.

Added Erirks Knerrir Viking ship (Admin spawn) - Mesh model by Georg Klein.
(The ship you place at bottom of the sea, it has menu to help you level it to sea level,
once its at correct height then lock it, so its not height adjusted by accident as height adjustment can loose decos and cargo from the ship)
The sail on the ship can also be raised and lowered with its menu.
