Bugfix time!

- The Hero Panel won't default to hiding all of the Barrow Kings anymore, known bug from yesterday's patch.
- Quick fix for the new post-battle NP option, it used to be time-sensitive and would fluctuate existence based on PC hardware. No longer is that the case, it should work 100% of the time, every time.
- The post-battle NP option is only available for Kemmler.

- fixed missing ancillary texts.
- Creeping Death building (stalk): growth penalty increased to -3.
- Nameless and Priestess ‘landmarks’: added necropower -2 drain.
- Encampment stance nerfed to require 25% movement, so it doesn’t completely trivialize attrition.
- Tomb Blade mission 2 should now accept Barrow Guardians. This won’t work if the mission is already issued.
- new additional helmet variants for humanoid Simulacra.

- Kemmler’s throne: upkeep penalty is increased to 15% and is factionwide.
- Mr.Draesca’s landmark: growth is now a bonus, but the building costs -2 NP per turn.
- Mr.Draesca’s self line uses 2-pointers instead of 3-pointers. Sorry.
- More script stability fixes and necropower nerfs to follow.

- CTT: gloom hordes are capped.

QoL update by Vandy

- Frontend unit cards now display the proper units, instead of the former vanilla ones. It also does this with 0% startpos, yay!
- Frontend effects aren't so duplicitous, also 0% data-core, yay!
- Internally cleaned up some code. But why do you care?
- Removed the requirement of UIMF. It'll work with or without it.
- Hopefully fixed a bug where attrition was applied to the wrong lords of the wrong faction.
- Added some further logging for the attrition mechanic, in case the above bug isn't fixed.
- The vanilla RoR button will now properly stay dead. There will be some minor UI lag; I can only check every 0.1s.

- Defile barrow issues have been solved. There may be some VERY rare failed spawns of enemy armies, but these should be far and few in between. I'm looking into a solution, but it will take some time
