Trait Added:
-- "Stoner" (4 points)
Characters with this trait do not get sleepy or hungry from smoking pot.

Balance Changes:
-- Spliffs now make characters without the "Smoker" trait feel sick, but only half as much as tobacco by itself
-- Spliffs now make characters without the "Stoner" trait feel sleepy and hungry, but only by half as much as pot by itself

BUG FIX:
Fixed the bug from the previous change that kept plants from growing.

BUG FIX:
The mod will now check to see if NeverRot is enabled before running NeverRot code.

BUG FIXES:
NeverRot was added to the Farming code as this mod overwrites that one's functionality. A conditional branch to check for NeverRot being enabled has been added to the "to-do" list of future additions, but for now the mod also has NeverRot's code mixed in.

BALANCE CHANGES:
Carton of Cigarette spawn rates have been nerfed upon request. If people feel this nerf was too severe, it may be bumped up a little in the future.

* All smoked cannabis products now relieve pain.
* Added loot spawn locations for joints and spliffs.
* Added loot spawns in vehicles.
** There is now a small chance to find a drug dealer's stash inside a car (Lots of weed!).
