Adjusted the Enchantments on the Warlock and Vampire Armor Regular [Not Royal] to be more valuable in combat for whoever wears it.
New surprise follower with leveled spells, where is she at? Hint your first Visit to the college.

Added Ingjard of the Dawnguard to the lineup
Changed enchantment on Harkon's sword and made it more powerful
All higher level Vampires now have a Vampire sword

Falmer Staffs are lighter
Adjusted Dragonbone weapon weight and performance to be more in line with the other weapons
