Slight nerfs to some cards. Wish: Upgrading no longer increases card draw, but it gives more Block. It was a bit too easy to go infinite with it. The Chariot gives less Temporary HP. Hierophant: 1 less dex. Justice gives less Block unupgraded, but same as before upgraded. Neutron Star - 1 less damage per Starlit. Crystal Ball buff. Fate buffed.
