MFP balancing progress:

Gold Armor:
- Durability lowered to 800 (was 900)
- Damage protection lowered to 85% (was 90%)
- Added 10% slowdown
- Crafting recipe changed: 12 gold nuggets, 5 ropes - Alchemy engine

It was better than Night Armor in all aspects. Now if you want more protection and no slowdown, you'll have to sacrifice sanity and use Night Armor, which has 95% protection and no slowdown.

Golden Helmet:
- Durability 700 (was 850)
- Protection 80% (was 90%)
- Recipe: 6 gold nuggets, 2 ropes - Alchemy Engine

It made farming for shellmet pointless, so I slightly nerfed it. Shellmet now offers 10% more protection, 50 more durability. Now it is a craftable alternative to Shellmet, to make going into caves for the first time easier.

Gold Sword:
- Damage nerfed to 60 (was 75)
- Uses - 100 (same)
- Now slows you down by 10%
- Recipe: 5 gold nuggets, 4 flints, 1 red gem - Alchemy engine

It was better than thulecite club and much easier to craft. That made exploring ruins much less profitable. And it was stronger than Dark Sword, without any demerits. Now it has 1 more damage than thulecite club (which actually has 59 damage, speeds you up 10% and gives a chance to summon little tentacles to fight for you), but slows you and is weaker than Dark Sword, but does not drain sanity.

Marble Blade:
- Damage reduced to 100
- Still has 200 uses
- When equipped drains hunger 6 times faster
- Drains 3 hunger with each strike
- Slows you down by 20%
- Recipe: 6 gold nuggets, 6 marble, 2 purple gems - needs fully functional (repaired) Ancient Pseudo-Science station to craft.

It is still OP, but those demerits make it balanced enough not to brake the gameplay (you can't effectively kite with -20% speed and you need a lot of food to fight long battles). Plus now you can't obtain it mid-game, you need to go down exploring Ruins to find crafting station for it.

Hound's Bite Mace:
- Damage unchanged 50
- Uses unchamged 150
- Recipe changed: 5 hound teeth (was 2), 2 boards, 2 ropes - Science Station

My first and most balanced work... Upped price a little, since it has more uses than tentacle spike (which isn't renewable). So if you don't want to go tentacle hunting in marshes for spikes, but still want an efficient weapon - go do some dog hunting in deserts. It still dangerous, but hounds respawn often and attack you in large packs from time to time.

Ice Blade:
- Damage - nerfed, now it does 46 damage a hit.
- Now has no durability, instead it is constantly thaws during warm seasons and adds wetness to player up to 100%. Fully degrades in one day.
- Now it freezes you less, but still enough to take cold damage even in summer.
- Can be stored in icebox without thawing and can be repaired with ice like the Ice Cube.
- No longer one hit freezes mobs, now it adds coldness like ice staff does and freezes enemies in several hits.
- No longer drains sanity with each hit, but drains small amount of it when held in hand.
- Recipe: 20 ice, 2 blue gem, 1 Dark Sword

Now it is even more interesting to use, because you can freely wack things without needing to go craft another one every 40 hits. In winter its effectively indestructible weapon with good damage and freeze effect, as a demerit it speeds up freezing of your character. In summer it can act as a cooler instead of ice cube, but it thaws more quickly, adds wetness and can cause freeze damage. Watch out for fires when it is in your inventory or in hand - beside a fire it thaws 30 times more quickly. Note: critical wetness level drains sanity as well.

Strongsword
- damage reduced to 61
- Uses - reduced to 150
- Now drains 20 sanity per minute of being equipped.
- Now heals ~7-8 health per strike if player's health below 100% and drains 4 sanity with each heal.
- Crafting: 1 Dark Sword, 1 Batbat, 7 Nightmare fuel - Shadow Manipulator

It was way to OP without sanity drain and its high damage. Now its an upgrade combination of Dark Sword and Bat Bat - less damage than Dark Sword, but more than Bat bat and 150 uses, great for tanking and healing as well. Just don't forget to check your sanity levels whilу you fight.

MFP now listed in mod menu correctly as up to date mod and mostly works fine with RoG DLC.
