Fixed so Burke Black's skills that mention Deckhands units correctly says "Zombie Pirate Deckhands Mobs".
Fixed promised level requirements for all skills as follows:

Tech lord 1: Trusty Montford

Skill 1: 8
Skill 2: 11

Tech lord 2: O’Bones Macdonald

Skill 1: 8
Skill 2: 12

Tech lord 3: Burke Black

Skill 1: 10
Skill 2: 12
