  • Changed the "Psi Offense" stat gain for the "Ghost Operative" and "Ninja" to be on par with that of the "Psi Operative".

  • Updated all ability costs for the thematic abilities of the SuperSoldier classes. Generally, all thematic abilities cost more AP than the rest of the abilities, since they are more powerful too.

  • SPARTAN-II:
    -"Sprint" mobility bonus changed to +40% from the fixed amout of +5.

  • Nanosuit Operative:
    -"Armor Mode" mobility penalty on "Nanosuit 2.0 & 2.0+" changed to +40% from the fixed amount of -7.
    -"Armor Module" mobility penalty reduction changed to +20% from the fixed amount of -3.
    -"Speed Mode"/"Power Sprint" mobility bonus changed to +40%/+30% respectively from the fixed amounts of +5/+3.
    -Bonus "Power Sprint" mobility from "Power Module" changed to +10% (maximum of +40%) from the fixed amount of +2.

  • Ghost Operative:
    -"Invisible Threat" now has an extra effect. Kills with the Vektor Rifle do not increase the Ghost Operative's chance to break out of concealment.

  • New abilities added:
    (They are not assigned to a class currently but can be assigned to certain soldiers in order to fit a character concept. Their internal names can be found in Localization/XComGame.int or in the google doc[docs.google.com])
    -"Healing Factor": Heal 3 HP at the start of every turn. The wound recovery time of the soldier is reduced.
    -"Super Soldier Serum": Gain 3 bonus HP and Mobility. Gain 10 bonus Will, Dodge, Aim and the Lightning Reflexes ability. Heal 1 HP at the start of every turn. The wound recovery time of the soldier is reduced.
    -"Cloak": Become invisible and gain bonus +10 Aim and +10 Critical Chance for 2 turns. 5 turns cooldown.
    -"Energy Shield": The soldier has 6 points of regenerating Energy shield. Regenerates 2 points per turn.

  • "Condemn the Weak", "Ghost Shot", "Stealth Shot" and "Deathshot" are now valid headshot abilities when used on the Lost.

  • Fixed the "Apollo Suit" cloaking ability cooldown and duration.

  • Updated the ini to track the new RPGO promotion screen in order to prevent the classes from purchasing a free ability at every new rank (it worked this way originally but it broke after the RPGO update).

  • "Cloak" cooldown for "Ghost Suit" lowered to 5 from 6.

  • "Apollo Suit" HP bonus reduced to 1 from 2.

  • SPARTAN-II:
    -"Mjolnir VI Gen 1"/"Mjolnir VI Gen 2" shields reduced to 8/10 from 9/12. Mobility bonus for "GEN 2" reduced to 1 from 2.
    -"Spartan Strike" damage no longer takes into consideration the weapon effects. The attack deals 85% of the Primary weapon damage (applies on "SPARTAN Charge" melee attack too). Hit chance greatly increased (the point-blank shot from the "SPARTAN Charge" has increased hit chance too but not as much as the melee attack).
    -"Guardian" range reduced to 7 from 9.

  • Nanosuit Operative:
    -"Strength Mode: Strike"/"Powered Strike" attacks for the "Nanosuit 1.0"/"Nanosuit 2.0"/"Nanosuit 2.0+" now deal 5-7/7-9/9-11 damage from 5-6/7-8/9-10 and shred 1/2/3 armor. Hit chance greatly increased. The critical chance is 15/20/25 and the critical damage is 2/3/4 for each armor tier. Energy cost increased to 3 from 2.
    -"Stealth Shot" energy cost reduced to 2 from 3.

  • Ghost Operative:
    -"Deathshot" cannot be used on robotic enemies and turrets.
    -"Apollo Suit"/"Crius Suit" aim bonus reduced to 7/10 from 8/12. "Crius Suit" HP bonus reduced to 3 from 4.
    -"Cloak" bonuses for "Ghost Suit"/"Apollo Suit"/"Crius Suit"reduced to 4/7//10 from 4/8/12 Aim and 15/20/25 from 20/25/30 critical chance.
    -"Cloak" cooldown for "Ghost Suit"/Apollo Suit"/"Crius Suit" reduced to 6/5/5 from 7/7/5 and duration changed to 3/4/5 from 3/3/5.

  • Ninja:
    -"Master of Shadows" Mobility bonus reduced to 1 from 3.
    -"Ninja Suit"/"Warrior Suit"/"Falcon Suit" bonus mobility reduced to 2/1/2 from 3/2/3.

  • SPARTAN-II:
    -"Spartan Strike" now deals damage based on the weapon equipped.
    -"Spartan Charge" now deals the proper amount of melee damage based on the weapon equipped (fixed a bug that made it deal double damage).

  • Nanosuit Operative:
    -"Strength Mode: Strike"/"Powered Strike" attacks for the "Nanosuit 1.0"/"Nanosuit 2.0"/"Nanosuit 2.0+" now deals 5-6/7-8/9-10 damage respectively.


NOTE: Use the "RPGO_RebuildSelectedSoldier false" for the RPGO version or "RebuildSelectedSoldiersClass" from the [WOTC] Additional Soldier Console Commands for the non-RPGO version, on the SPARTAN-II for the "Spartan Strike" to work as intended.
