  • Nanosuit Operative:
    -"Assassination" now requires to have equipped a combat knife or sword as a secondary weapon in order to perform the action.
    -"Assassination" ability cannot be used on robotic enemies and turrets.

  • Ghost Operative:
    -"Ghost Watch" cooldown increased from 3 to 4.

  • Ninja:
    -"Assassination" ability cannot be used on robotic enemies and turrets.
    -"ShadowWalk" now has a 33% base mobility penalty when it is active.

  • Description updates/fixes.

  • SPARTAN-II:
    -HP bonus on "MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor Mark VI GEN1"/"MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor Mark VI GEN2" reduced from 6/8 to 5/7 respectively.
    -"Sprint" mobility bonus increased from 4 to 5.
    -"Guardian" now grants 4 defense for every enemy the SPARTAN can see, up to a maximum of 16 (squadsight visible enemies do not count).

  • Nanosuit Operative:
    -HP bonus on "Nanosuit 2.0" increased from 3 to 4.
    -"Assassination" ability damage bonus changed to double damage as referred in the description of the ability (forgot to change from 3x damage when I was testing the ability).

  • Ghost Operative:
    -"Weapon Proficiency" grants a dedicated ammo slot.

  • Ninja:
    -"Preservation" (Ninja version) defense bonus increased to 25 from 20.
    -"Blade's End" sword aim bonus increased from 10 to 15.
    -"ShadowBlade" critical chance bonus increased from 5 to 10.


  • The "Hit and Run" ability on SCOUT specialization was replaced with "Preservation" for all classes, which grants 20 defense for 1 turn when concealment is broken. "Hit and Run" offered too much mobility on the Ghost and Nanosuit Operatives. The Nanosuit Operative has enough mobility through "Speed Mode" and "Power Sprint" abilities and the Ghost Operative is not supposed to be that mobile.

  • The "Phantom", "ShadowStrike", "Relocation", "Stealth Tactics" abilities are no longer chained as prerequisites.

  • Fixed some ability descriptions.

  • Nanosuit Operative:
    -Rebalanced Energy System-
    -"Energy Pool" changed from 5/6/6 to 10/12/12 for the "Nanosuit 1.0/2.0/2.0+" versions respectively.
    -"Energy Regen" changed from 1/1/2 to 2/2/3 for the "Nanosuit 1.0/2.0/2.0+" versions respectively.
    -"Armor Mode"/"Cloak Mode"/"Speed Mode"/"Strength Mode: Strike" energy costs for "Nanosuit 1.0" changed from 5/4/3/1 to 8/7/5/2 respectively.
    -"Armor Mode"/"Stealth Mode"/"Power Sprint"/"Powered Strike" energy costs for "Nanosuit 2.0 & 2.0+" changed from 6/4/2/1 to 10/7/4/2 respectively.
    -"Stealth Shot" and "Assassination" energy costs changed from 1 to 3.

  • Ghost Operative:
    -"Last Whisper" now grants "Shredder" and bonus 3 armor penetration.

  • Added options to tweak the action point costs of some abilities through the ini.

  • Updated some ability descriptions.

    NOTE: It is recommended to use the "RPGO_RebuildSelectedSoldier" command on the "Ghost Operative" to update the "Last Whisper" ability in order to work as intended.

  • "SPARTAN-II Program", "Nanosuit Armors", "Mind Over Body" now also reduce would recovery time.

  • Nanosuit Operative:
    "Evolved NanoProcessor" now negates negative mental effects. Hacking bonus increased to 40.

  • Ghost Operative:
    -"Weapon Proficiency" armor penetration changed from 3 to 4.
    -Updated the "Deathshot" cooldown to actually be 7 as it was intended (forgot to change from 1 when I was testing the ability).
    -"Hacking Proficiency" hacking bonus increased to 40.

  • Ninja:
    "Ninja suits" now do not provide any bonus HP. The Ninja is intended to be very vulnerable. He depends on dodge and concealment to survive.

  • Fixed some descriptions.

  • Changed the way the ammo reduction to the "Ghost Program" ability is applied. There will no longer be any issues with multiple attachments.
    All credits for this change go to shiremct and robojumper.
    Make sure you have the latest version of the Highlander installed properly (v1.18.0+)

  • New Class added: Ninja - an extremely mobile and stealthy assassin. Depends on concealment and dodge to survive since he can't take much punishment. Perfect for covert and assassination missions.

  • Updated all ability icons with new theme-fitting ones.

  • Ghost Operative:
    "Ghost Shot" can now be used after moving since it only requires one action to activate.
    "Ghost Watch" cooldown lowered to 3 from 4.
    "Ghost Suit" aim changed to 4/8/12 from 2/4/10 for conventional/plated/powered tier respectively.

  • Nanosuit Operative:
    "Predator's Advantage" bonuses changed to 3/3/3 from 2/2/2 for damage/critical damage/penetration respectively.
    "Stealth Shot" now breaks squad concealment.
    "Assassination" ability ignores armor.

  • Updated/fixed many descriptions.

  • The visual issues with the armors should have been fixed in this update. I'm leaving "Unrestricted Customization" as a prerequisite until it is confirmed in the "Bug Reports" Discussion. I double checked and the code is correct, so if something is wrong it's probably a conflict with another mod.

  • Updated some descriptions and fixed some color/ transparency issues in the class icons.
