Bugfixes for the Uranium recipe, which I had mistyped to only require 2 raw resources.

I also tweaked various recipes to reduce the grind required to get more advanced materials, and further lowered the fuel burn rate to what I feel is a more reasonable degree. I may add mod settings to make this customizable in the future, since I have knowledge of C# now (thanks Mehni!)

ATTENTION EVERYONE:

Transmution has recieved an update. Changelog:

* Added a new item called voxel blocks, which are functionally identical to other stone blocks.
* Replaced the old recipe for transmuting marble blocks with one for transmuting voxel blocks.
* Added bulk recipes (100:100) for steel, wood, nutrient paste meals, voxels, and voxel blocks.
* Every so slightly lowered the fuel burn rate to accommodate the new bulk recipes.

This should NOT break anything, but if it does, please let me know and I'll get it fixed/help you fix it ASAP.
