FIXES:

Spain == fixed audio for all 3 spanish speeches when listened form another country.

OPTIMIZATION:

Size of the mod decreases from 10,5go to 4,9go.

OPTIMIZATION:

SOUND ENHANCEMENTS:
90% of speeches have been improved in terms of audio quality, sometimes greatly, sometimes just a bit. Generally:
Noise have been reduced,
Saturation have been reduced,
Global sound level have been increased,
Sound level have been harmonized a bit between speeches,
Sound level of several too loud claps have been diminished.

*For a couple of speeches, I was not able to do anything (for example the one of Hirohito's surrender).

LOCALISATION:
Some fixes.
Some words changes for an English speech which is now accurate.


Size of the mod increased from 6,5go to 15,5go.

ADDED:
France == a new speech (voice only). expect to hear it in the very beginning of your games.
Republic of China == two new musical versions for both Mme Chiang Kaï-shek chinese speeches.

CHANGED:
Previous japanese and chinese speeches of the last update have been modified and enhanced (noise reduction).
Some triggers have been tweaked for several sdecisions (it's better!)/

LOCALISATION:
Fully translated speeches in all languages of the game.
