- Added some online functionality to the Trust No-one death wish.

- Changed the way the hazard meter functions:
- - The meter is now capped at various levels depending on the number of players in the level.
- - This means it is no longer possible to get the bonus objectives with five other players.
- - You need to have 8 players to reach spicy level, and 10 players to reach smoking.
- Altered the rarity of projectiles so that homing projectiles are less likely.
- The red projectiles no longer deal damage.
- Other players will now occasionally spawn health pons.
