A number of changes.

I disabled "Traditionalism" civic, which allowed me to re-assign some modifiers and bring back original "Inwards Perfection" civic.

Civic "Paranoid Isolaitionsm" changed it's name to "Secured Domain".

"Keepers of Harmony" can not be an Individualist anymore.

"Fanatic Purifiers" now require to have both Militarist and Spiritualist ethos, in order to make in a bit more specific.

"Free Haven" now provides additional happiness to Xenoist faction for a larger number of species in the Empire (this feature was re-aasigned from "Universalism" civic).

Tradition "Free Haven" in Unity has been changed to "Interstellar Tourism" and now also allows to construct planetary unique building "Visitor Center".
