Fixed the generic Melee ability; it no longer has a 100% chance to Disoerient, and now can also apply a Stun, or a penalty to Aim or Mobility. Or all at the same time.

Fixed a bug with the mod incorrectly treating EXCLUDED soldier classes and removing all abilities from them.

Made it possible to change the position of the abilities on skill bar through XComHUDPriority.ini added in this update.

Removed end-of-path trigger from all melee abilities in this mod and gave them a different HUD priority so they appear more to the right on the skill bar.
