The issue of the "no road connection" icon showing can now be solved by building a road to the back side of the plantation.

The issue appears to be coming from the sub-buildings but I couldn't find how to solve the issue.

Note: The buildign still functions properly even if you do not add the extra road to the back of the plantation.
