Changed Field Marshal box for better alignment with the theater section and the very top of the army icons are no longer chopped off.

Made some small adjustments to the position of some icons.

Strategic Region Section area has been condensed some.

Was going to remove the scrollbar and move the theater box closer to the edge, requiring a mouse scroll wheel for scrolling up and down. I am using the change in my personal mod and like it, if enough people request it I will change this mod to include it.

I fixed the alert icons and they now show in the correct place, I also made a few small adjustments.
