'Processing Capacity Demand' is added, Machine Drones will now consume this.

Now advantage / disadvantage empire modifier will be changed as 'Supply : Demand Ratio' changes.

'Processing Capacity' Produces +6 -> 'Processing Capacity Supply' Produces +5

Yes, most of things in that image is available only for empire which has 'Synthetic Ascended' civic.
