Removed the Placeholder Districts, since they are no longer needed.

Fixed prescripted Habitable Tiberium worlds so they have Blue Zones.

Properly locked the Tiberium Harvester districts. They will now not show up on Tiberium worlds.

Prescripted Tib worlds should no longer have non-tib deposits/blockers.

Cleaned up some errors in the error log.

Halved the frequency of asteroids.

Fixed the Third option when the asteroid hits. It should now properly stop tib from growing.

Ooops. Fixed normal planets infected with tib getting depleted *super* fast. Instead of 1, it was 16 base per cycle...

Slowed down tib growth on non-tib worlds a bit.

Made Sonic Protections apply to non-tib worlds... oops.

Reduced build time of Tiberium Harvesting districts.

Reduced build time of Zone districts.

Removed the blockers in the conversion from infected non-tib world to tib world.

Fixed the tiberium event wrong scope.

Tiberium technology can now be unlocked by having planets with it in your border, not just owning them.

Fixed the Tiberium Asteroid event. Again. It now triggers on its own properly. More fixes to come to it later.

Fixed the tiberium Asteroid event not being found by the console.

Added deposits to the prescripted tiberium planets.

Fixed Tib asteroid event (again), so it can now happen more than once!

Changed Refiners to allow slaves and robots to work it, with a malus.

Added some special Solar Systems with Tib worlds.

Changed Sonic Protection to reduce the maximum number of tib deposits allowed to be upgraded/added at once.

Added a damage bonus to the tiberium weapon techs, so they are still relevant.

Made tiberium weapons upgrade into tier 4 of the regular weapons, as those ones are better than the tiberium weapons.

Moved infestation calculations to later in the month, so that calcs are spread out. Used to be 1st, now 15th.

Disabled the non-Neutral Origins, since they are not set up yet.
