Small fixes and adjustments.

Re-added the 5 finger playermodel versions of the PMCs, when i initially released these, realized it broke face posing across the board, and quickly cut them, now they work properly after i worked out the issue, these will only be for playermodels as only player anims support 5 fingers, npcs use optimized hands for animations unless you weightpaint the other fingers onto the optimized rig which like, no.

also corrects a clipping issue with the gasmask lens and gasmask itself.

Additional texture reformatting, compressing uncompressed textures, additional textures like normalmap's with alpha channels for the heads of the PMCs, not meant to be super different looking but it adds a little nicer look to them.

this also fixes the gasmask lens texture from not rendering correctly, apparently it wasn't correctly set up the whole time, it called for its specular (reflections) mask from the normal, but the normal didnt have a alpha channel, instead the mask was defined as a separate texture, this does not allow it to render at all as gmod can only have a normalmap, or a seperate envmask, not both unless its built into the same texture, so i merely took that separate mask and put it into the normalmap and it works like a charm, and as a bonus, made a proper transperancy mask for the lens texture itself so its actually properly transparent, and i modified the env reflections to try to match the deep blueish lens color.

Overall still smaller space wise while looking (slightly) nicer.

Added a normalmap to the model gloves, and the balaclava normalmap from the original skin the balaclava texture comes from, additionally i reformatted the balaclava texture as it had a alpha channel that had nothing in it wasting space, remade the cap normalmap so its more visually in line with the other assets, and compressed as it was uncompressed before, shouldnt look so rough.

Redid the hands on all models, the PMC hands weightpainting was horrible so i got a new fresh pair of citizen hands that i hacked off myself and tried to reduce the angle which lets you peer inside the model from the hands.

Texture tweaks, the goggles glass texture used the specular mask of the gasmask lenses so it looked wrong in some angles, so i made my own custom one and it uses that instead.

Lost the source files so i had to reconstruct them from a older version.

added additional bodygroups to the NPCs, mainly goggle variants, and added a new unique sleeve texture for the Super Soldier PM instead of just reusing the PMC one.

Fixed Lua for some of the anims in the playermodel selector.
