Dropped the damage of almost all non-melee skills across the board.

Completely just re-entered the icons into a new texture file and deleted the old one. a.k.a. started from scratch to make sure there was no complications with icons.

Deleted a redundant copy of the icon images in an attempt to fix icons showing up as just "white squares".
