* Updated Description.txt inside the mod folder to account for the new portraits.

* Added a new portrait for Portugal's Non-Aligned leader, António de Oliveira Salazar. I made it myself, as vanilla Salazar was 30 years older than he really was in 1936.
* Added a new portrait for Spain's Fascist leader, Francisco Franco. It's from the RT56 mod; vanilla Franco was based on a picture from the 1960s for some reason.
* Added a new portrait for France's Fascist leader, Philippe Pétain. It's from a separate mod (link in the Links discussion), and shows a less happy Pétain.
