-Fixed seashell beach turf drop from slot machine having a rediculously high drop chance.

-Removed Librarymanager(Afaik this was the crashing source, testing a world without this file and it loaded fine.)

-Added an option for a Milkmade Hat tweak.
--When enabled, it simply allows seaweed to be used in place of kelp in its recipe, kelp still works but seaweed is renewable in island adventures unlike kelp.

-There are now two options for shell beach turf.
--The options are Seashell and Coral, the settings determine the crafting ingredient used and the complementary materials given from the slot machine alongside the blueprint.
-Increased the likelihood of the slot machine giving the shell beach turf blueprint.

-Added a new config option for shell beach turf.
-- If enabled, it will allow the shell beach turf blueprint to be obtainable at the slot machine, and will make shell beach turf take seashells in place of shell pieces.
