Minor settings for windshield effects
New settings for textures and rain effect
Slightly adjusted the sound volume of some files
Compatibility with NaturaLux (no extra version needed)
Normal and "LITE Version" merged into one
*Non-Workshop Steam Version: New textures & tweaks for wheel particles / sprites when the asphalt is wet

This v3.0 version has been reworked almost completely

Changelog v3.0:

- New textures of rain drops for the windshield & windows (inside cabin)
- New textures of rain drops for outside view
- New sounds of Rain (inside cabin & outside view)
- New adjusts for windshield effects
- Better quality and new Thunders sounds
- More thunders sounds (for the future)
- Adjust sound level
