With the last update I decided to bring back generic "themed" civics such as

Technocracy
Theocracy
Ordered Stratocracy
Genuine Aristocracy

I keep all the themed Government civics as they were, but I realized that some people might just want to play with special Rulers, but don't like to be obligated to pick an associated themed government for this. So, now these civics are mutually exclusive with all the themed governments, you either pick one or another.

Along with some minor bug fixing, this update brought somewhat small but significant change.

In this version of the mod it may have looked like I cut "Altruist" ethos out of the matters of Industrialism a bit. My initial idea was that if an Altruist player wants to play "industrilist" with his Planned Economy, than he just pick "Mechanist" civic and be happy with it. But then I realized than "Mechanist" does not really possess the true spirit of "Industrialism" in it's full.

So, I deiced to make some changes.

Now "Ruthless Industrialism" is re-named to "Fanatic Industrialism" and is not tied to Egoist ethos anymore, but rather requires Fanatic Materialism. The properties of "Mechanists" civic were completely merged with this new Civic, so it is not available anymore.

Instead of "Ruthless Industrialism" now there is another Egoist/Materialist civic - "Ruthless Capitalism", which primary focus is manufacturing productivity.

I suspect some of you might like it (as I myself do).

A number of significant changes.

1. Civics Technocracy, Theocracy, Ordered Stratocracy and Genuine Aristocracy do not exist anymore. Their properties of adding new special Ruler jobs were integrated into "themed governments" civics (which colored yellow).

So, no, if you want to play "Theocracy" for example, then you pick Spiritualist ethos, than chose your Authority type, and then pick either Theocratic Republic, Divine Council or Imperial Cult, depending on the authority chosen. Any of these civics will provide you with High Priests jobs.

P.S. Sorry for the possible inconveniences, but this was the right step to do.

2. Added new special job for "Militant Zealots" civic: Templar, which will replace some Priest jobs in Temple buildings. Templars do not produce Amenities, but provide defense armies, increase naval cap and stability. Being combined with any of "Theocratic" governments, buff to Stability is increased.

3. New government form - "National-Socialism", which this time is "true" national socialism, or, "Strasserism". Prereqs for this government form are: authoritarian - altruist - xenophobe ethos, Tribalism civic.

4. "Fascist Regime" now requires not "Corporate Hegemony" but "Police State" civic.
