"Drone Brotherhood" civic was changed to "Industrial Democracy" and now is available for non fanatic Competitive/Authoritarian ethics.

Feature with additional jobs/housing for rural Distritcs was attributed to "Welfare State" and "Socialistic Ideals" civics.

"Labour Hero" jobs are available for "Socialistic Ideals" civic.

"Welfare State" requires non-Competitive ethics.

Added new demand for "Prosperity" faction, which is for "Civilian" production focus.
