Minor bug fixing

Update: 14 Nov, 2019 @ 10:12am

A number of small tweaks and changes.

0. Ethics naming "Egoist - Altruist" has been chaged for "Competitive - Cooperative". I've been thinking a lot and finalyy realized that this would be the best and most accurate naming for describing different approach to the Economy.

1. Anarch-Capitalism government prereqs has been changed to Corporate + Libertarian/Fanatic Egoist, and Identured Assets civic is now available for Libertarians. So now Anarch-Capitalists can finally have those slaves they love so much.

2. Stratified Society livinag standars are now available for Fanatic Authoritarians/non-Altruist as well.

3. Ecological Engineers civic has been nerfed and now does ne have an exclusive access to advanced terraforming techs anymore. Instead of this there is a new AP: World Reviver. which unlocks those techs and is available for everyone.

4. New Civic: Generic Aristocracy (xenophobe/materialist) - new specific kind of an "Elitist" society, generally opposes both Patrimonial Aristocracy and Meritocracy.*

5. Evolutionary Architects civic now also provides additional influence from Technologist faction for acquiring Engineered Evolution ascension perk.

6. New government form: Great Houses, which has the following prereqs: Authortarian - Oligarchy - Meritocracy. It supposed to represent a society, ruled by the Leaders of a few powerful Houses. However it distincts from Noble Aristocracy: in this Houses family memberes are not the actual rulers, but merely keepers of house Traditions. The membership is based on meritocratic princliples: everyone is allowed to be adopted to the House and advance ti ot's highest ranks, as long as he pledges loyalty to it's customs and rules (the closest example in my mid are probably Great Houses of Morrowind, if you have played TES series)

*After "Federations" comes out I will also introduce special new Xenophile/Spiritualist civic.
