-Corrected the issue with the vehicle paradrop not correctly working
-Wrong animation when spawning in chopper at mission start
-Corrected the arsenal issue in multiplayer
-Many multiplayer issues fixed with civilian interactions...

Improvements
-Tweak spawning distance for random patrols/chasers and vehicles.
-Better naming convention for compound (based on buildings number instead of radius)
