Fixed a glaringly obvious issue with the boom-boom launcher. It took matamorez mags. Oops.

Finally got finished with the bloody spawn tables. Added Sly's SSK upon request from Sly. The SSK does not spawn as of this ver.

Fixed the typo in the DBV slug variants .dat file causing the gun to spawn without a magazine. (My bad guys)
