- added all the new DragonCon cards (competitors/numbered cards)
- moved the dice bags in the corners into the drawers on the table and 2 drawers in the middle
- removed all the bags for cards in the corner drawers and only put them in the middle as infinite bags (should no longer require resets after working with cards)

- moved some misplaced Tags / Trios to their proper bags

- added The Grump and the new entrance card

- added Koby the Kid (thanks to Koby himself for the scans!)

- removed Mark Geoff Bravo, Grim, Monster Asylum, Reverend Robert Tom, and Lunatic Ginge

- re-ordered the numbered card bags in the order they're put up on the SRG site (1-10 / 11-20 / 21-30) -> (1-12 / 13-21 / 22-30)

- added some missing competitors (Paiger Raiger, Meta, Old Mr. Snap, King Pink, King Greatness, others)
- renamed 2 misspelled competitors (Phenomenal BJ -> B1, The Macinator -> Mercinator)
- added the new King finishers to the Three Kings trio
- leaving all the drawers on the table open to keep the bags locked. might switch the bags to infinite bags in a later update, but i think it'll be too time consuming to update the bags if i do that. we'll see

- updated dice to look like the actual dice (took about 15 minutes to make)

- fixed a card being in the wrong bag
