-Edited description of tiered things (more details), what should replace data pads (Some description has been shortened)

SNEAK PEAK (These are doing nothing! Just Testing!)
-Added new ores (WIP)
-Added new ingots (WIP)
-Added new planets (WIP)
-Added many new "replacers" components (WIP)

Bugs
-Fixed Basic/Large assembler not able to produce consumables (Ammo,canvas, etc..) - Thanks Beargawn for feedback.
-Fixed LARGE Charon SQUARE Corner was not available in game.
