Added full ULX Integration. You can now access all DAFK Settings within the ULX menu under the Server category.

Added new ULX Permission under DAFK - With Kick located in the Groups Panel.

Ignore admins now properly works with ULX

Made it so "dafk_kick_immunity" should work.
Added "sv_dafk_ticking_only" so you can toggle the chime sounds
