fixed, contest row scheme not working properly for single player.

replaced some more cards and fixed master of tyrants scheme. it was incorrectly adding in the villain groups for the extra masterminds before.

backed up and replaced some urls to my steam cloud.

Thanks to some scans provided by dwilsonlee I upgraded the quality of some of the cards.

You can now "Combine" shards!
Just take the shard that you want removed, flip it(with f key while holding), then drop it onto the shard you want to add 1 too.

Schemes that add heroes and/or officers to the hero deck will now add (Dis) to the card names.
This allows you to click the fight button and they will go to your discard.
