Added the full version of Freja

Freja (Beta) is added

Freja beta was available for the weekend and I went to the training ground and recorded the limited voices she has. This iteration has about 50 voicelines only but when she gets officially released in a month, i'm hoping to record over 150 voicelines to add.

Added Hazard's voicelines, the new playable hero from Overwatch

****ATTENTION**** Remember to open your character pool and review it since I redid it again. you may see duplicate characters.

- Fixed Venture. Venture finally works
- Overwatch characters in the pool will no longer be VIPs/engineers/scientists so that they don't deplete so fast in your recruit list. Obviously you can change this yourself.
- Discovered old bug - Reaper characters didn't have all the access of the voice characters. It stopped displaying overwatch characters after the character reaper LOL. I fixed that now so Reapers can use all the overwatch characters.
- For LWOTC Modjam+ players, if you want access to all voices you have to unselect Male and Female.

Venture Hero is now added! We now have 40 voicepacks all in 1 mod!

- Backed up my files properly so that I don't have to start all over from scratch like I did just now >.<. When a new character comes, I have enought battle.net points to buy the character then i'll go play with it a few times as well as goto training mode and record the new voicelines as well as goto the character menu and record the voicelines from there and then work on the mod real fast.
- radio effect is better
- cooked mod so that its only 111MB file size

Fixed Kiriko by adding her voice back (well technically it was still there I just forgot to type the word Kiriko in a text file and so it wouldn't load it LOL )
One more secret voiceline was added :)

1. I added the newest playable hero - Illari - the solar panel warrior
2. I trimmed some soundclips that mentions the name of a character so that it doesn't sound like a random monologue
3. I fixed Sojourn screaming when she goes into Overwatch mode.
