No Penalty for changing character

Resetting level upgrades or perks gives a max health penalty which can be removed with Booster Shot
This is for those who set refund to 100% and respec all the time :P

Added ModConfig to enable/disable raising costs of repeatable perks and level upgrades.
Use with caution, because your char might get very overpowered.

Health / Hunger / Sanity have no longer raising costs

Fixed multiple graduation bug

Reworked Hungerrate - Perk: It works like the hungerbelt now

new Perks:
Cheat Death - Every 15 minutes you will be protected by an exploding shield if would die.
Naturalist - Craft items from the Green Thumb tab
Lunar Craft - Craft items from the Lunar Altar

Changed Perk:
Dim Light - moved to attributes as it is now upgradable. It starts with a small radius. Increase it by buying it again.
Those who had this perk will lose some points, sorry :)

Achievements:
Woodcutting lowered amount of trees from 450/900 to 350/700
Gathering lowered amount from 1000/2000 to 750/1500

Changed raising cost for all attributes:

Levelsystem:
Health, hunger, sanity: +1 after 20 upgrades/points
speed: +1 after 10 upgrades/points
damage, defence: +1 after 15 upgrades/points
both insulation: +1 after +25 insulation (= 5 upgrades)

Achievementsystem:
Health, hunger, sanity: +1 after 20 points (= 10 upgrades)
Hungerrate: +1 after 10 upgrades
sanity/healthregen: +1 after 2 upgrades
speed: +1 after 1 upgrade
damage, defence, crit: +1 after 3 upgrades

Perk Changes:
Attribute Upgrades now cost more each time they are obtained.
Hunger/Sanity/Health +10% of the base cost (floored). This means every 10 times obtained the cost goes +1
The rest gets 20% (of the base cost) more expensive each time (ceiled).
The cost and reward of damage, speed, defence and crit were adjusted.
Cut Corners cost from 35 to 30
Jackhammer works on all mineable rocks/statues.
Nanobots now repair 0,3% per second on weapons, armor and clothes BUT no magic items

New Perk: Archmage: Magical Items repair slowly 1% / 10s

Achievement Changes:
Kill heated Beefalo from 20 to 15
Kill Volt goats from 25 to 15

Bug Fixes:
Fixed a bug when getting the Graduation achievement

Language Updates:
both Chinese, Korean, Portugese, Italian. Thanks to the supporters!

Fighter: Spear, Woodarmor, Boomerang
Survivalist: Axe Backpack blueprint, Meaty Stew, Fur Roll, Torch
Nothing: just nothing

New Perks:
Worshipper changed to include all yearly event things. Like the pig king mini game and claywarg...
Swift Hands: Gather and craft faster
Jackhammer: Mine stone instantly
Ancient Science: Gain the ability to craft the ancient pseudoscience station

Languages:
Updated Portugese - Thank you BunkaH
Added German - but it is not complete yet
New Strings added to all languages but have to be translated
Also there was a mistake in line 224 and 225, the english file is correct now

All Strings in the interface are now adjusting their size to the given space.
That means longer translations will be displayed correctly but smaller.
