Soundtrack Menu: fixed wrong track type sometimes being used by the 'use floor music setting

Soundtrack Menu:
-fixed per-track shuffle lists in custom soundtracks being capped by the number of soundtracks enabled for regular shuffle
-fixed variant type not updating when a soundtrack is shuffled (e.g. you can have supermeatboy soundtrack on while in an arcade and hit the shuffle button to change which arcade track is playing)

soundtrack menu: fixed 'floor music' setting for tracks in custom mode using its own soundtrack selection instead of using the floors soundtrack

Every floor mode: fixed closed trapdoors not waiting for player to step off them before they open

No Curses: added workaround for if curse_eval function fails

soundtrack menu: fixed antibirth secret room song loop

stat commands:
-fixed players speed being lowered if a temporary speed buff would cause a players speed to be higher than 2 (e.g. you have 1.75 speed, you get a temporary +1 for 2.75 but it's capped at 2, the effect ends and you lose the +1 buff, setting your speed to 1 instead of 1.75)

no health cap:
-fixed sharp plug not working if its damage would remove hearts from extra health
-fixed red heart only no-kill multi-heart damage sometimes taking way more red hearts out of extra health than it should

no curses:
-added setting to only prevent floor start curses and ignore curses that are activated mid-floor (e.g. modded item that uses the level:AddCurse function)

soundtrack menu:
-fixed shop floor in greed mode continuing the fight music after ending a non-boss wave (when used with repentogon)

Soundtrack menu:
added extra backup check just in case music queuing is somehow messed with during the run start jingle
