added run start jingles for the Flash, Antibirth and Super Meat Boy soundtracks

soundtrack menu:
-added more error checking for stageAPI
-fixed the run start jingle function playing the 'rebirth' jingle instead of the 'default' jingle if the jingle was set to same as menu or random and the menu music or randomly chosen soundtrack was default

Soundtrack Menu:
-added run start and tainted run start jingles (repentogon only)
-music now waits for the run start jingle to finish before starting if repentogon is in use (to allow longer custom run start jingles)
-added extra error checking to queue system so it doesn't break if it's somehow fed a track that can't be found
-all play functions now play at 0 volume and (unless they are meant to be silent) are then immediately followed by the volume update function (if this doesn't fix random millisecond loud music I don't know what will)
-added extra error check for config menu not being detected for some reason

REPENTANCE+
-adjusted hudoffset positioning when rep+ is detected
-fixed error when using luamod to reset

-fixed music being glitchy when in a custom floors mirror dimension
-fixed room and floor music overlapping if you had continuous floor music enabled while in a custom floor

-fixed the stageAPI mother music fix being 'undone' if you changed the stageAPI setting in the config menu

-fixed stageAPI override setting being enabled if save file was reset (should be disabled by default)
-fixed music glitching if a stageAPI floor replaced it's set music with Mother fight music (last judgement)
-updated stageAPI override setting to have a third option, to totally disable soundtrack menu music while in a custom floor

-fixed hush victory jingle replaying if you leave and re-enter the room
-fixed boss rush room music not always playing nice with the continuous floor music setting
-added check for boss intro playing over fight music if player skipped the intro
