GoatEye: fixed mod thinking you have crow heart when you don't (GetTrinketIdByName function doesn't work for vanilla trinkets anymore in repentance for some reason)

Pay Chests update - now while you have 'Pay to Play' paychests only cost 1 coin and spawning rules are changed with paychests no longer randomly replacing other chests (though the trinkets still work) and in AB+ all gold chests become paychests

small bugfix

fixed a crash with strawman loss

spent hours just restarting hoping to get some crashes so i could get some useful info, eventually was able to identify and fix 2 different crashes (one on restarting, one on continuing a run that crashed previously, both were weird and I'm still not sure why they were happening other than the game engine is kinda screwy)
havent had it crash anymore so i think that's it

red shoes - fixed weird interaction with the door from depths I to mausoleum
sticky fingers - fixed items that give hp and/or spawn pickups sometimes not giving the hp/pickups when taken with sticky fingers
