- set the turn interval between auto improved resources to 15 as it is suppose to be (was set to 5 for testing purposes)

- fixed issue where the UU didn't provide gold from kills
- fixed issue with the UA where resources wouldn't be improved with the correct type of improvement
- changed capital name from lourenço marques to Maputo
- disabled debug print statements
