*fixed a huge bug in Hold Me Close that was not correctly adding the targets increaesd CRIT Chance (Thank Tikotitok)
*slight changes to bleed amounts
Hands Off is now 2/2, 3/2, 4/2, 5/2, 6/2
*kiss of death now also has chance to lower enemies stress attack percentage, i think this will grant unique utility
